Advance Bookings - by booking form

I strongly recommend that you make a booking as early as possible to ensure my availability but before contacting me please book your flight and hotel first. Please fill out the form below and I will e-mail you a confirmation. I can accept bookings up to 6 months in advance.

Booking Confirmation - by e-mail & mobile phone

For all advance bookings, please re-confirm by e-mail 2 days before we are due to meet. On the day of your booking, please call me from your hotel room at least 4 hours before we are due to meet to confirm your room number and your full name so that I have sufficient time to arrive. Please do not miss any of the above confirmation conditions as I may cancel your booking.
